Gestalt Awareness through Mandalas

We will explore awareness of the newness we are constantly creating and co-creating via Gestalt principles and a mindful approach to mandala work. In a meditative process we will create an opportunity to explore awareness of your embodied self in this moment forward through the invitating form of a geometric mandala process.
No skills or experience required! Just an open heart.
All supplies included in fee; you are free to bring any supplies you prefer as well with exception of any inhalents or mediums requiring more ventilation, as this will be an indoor activity.
This is limited in size.
Meeting:
Sunday, 22 February, 10am to 2:30pm (We will break for 1 hour lunch)
Registration: $50 (includes supplies)
